What Is Your Return, Exchange, and Repair Policy?
Remember that ALL sales on ALL of our products are Final
. No cash refunds are allowed. However, Angry Bastard Utility Kilts are 100% Guaranteed for quality and craftsmanship for 30 days from the receipt of product by customer. At our discretion, we will either repair or replace the defective product. All returns are subject to a repair fee (minimum of $50), a 25% restocking fee of original purchase price, and a return shipment fee (minimum $25.00) if we determine the following:

1.) That the issue is beyond normal wear and tear
2.) That the issue is beyond reasonable sizing or care issues
3.) That the issue is beyond manufacturers’ defect.

Additionally, we reserve the right to charge a laundering fee of $50 if the garment comes back to us soiled with pet hair/dander, grime, body odor, cigarette smoke, stains, wet, mildew, or anything that requires cleaning services prior to repairs or exchange. All product returned for exchange must come back to us in re-salable condition. If it is not, no exchange is guaranteed and no refund will be issued.

Why A Restocking Fee If You Don't Carry Stock?
Your kilt was built specifically for you with the measurements and materials you chose. Angry Bastard Utility Kilts are built for one person in mind, you the customer. If you return your kilt for reasons other than specified and we have determined to refund your money, we are hanging onto a kilt that must wait for another customer to purchase, if it is resell able, or move it to a special discounted category and lose money on it. We go through a lot to make sure you are purchasing the kilt that will fit you properly. If you fail to follow our instructions, then it is through no fault of ours if your kilt does not fit. Remember, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If we refund, exchange or repair your kilt, it is at our discretion. It costs us time and labor to set up your purchase. Returning your purchase sets up a reverse mechanism that employs time and labor to finish your transaction. There are no exceptions to the Restocking Fee, whether or not, we deem it necessary to refund, exchange or repair your kilt.

What If My Kilt Needs Repair That Is Not Under Warranty?
If at anytime you damage your kilt and it needs repair, we will happily make alterations and repairs. Repairs are done on a case by case basis, depending on whether or not the kilt can be repaired. We will make every effort to do so. Cost for repairs start at $15.00 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum. You, the customer, will be responsible for shipping to Angry Bastard Kilts and shipping back to you. You will be invoiced for the repair or alteration. Once payment has been made, your kilt will be resent to you.

What Kind Of Alterations and Repairs Will You Do?

Length Alterations:
We DO NOT make length alterations.

Waist Alterations:
We DO NOT take in or let out seams in the waist. Angry Bastard Utility Kilts are built in a manner that allows for weight loss and gain of one size in each direction. If you order a size 34" waist, your Angry Bastard Utility Kilt will adjust to a size 32" and size 36". It's all in the waist closures. Each and Every Angry Bastard Utility Kilt is built with this construction. If you don't fit into your utility kilt after gaining or losing weight, then it is time to buy another. Repairs Not Covered By Warranty
If your kilt needs repaired after the 30 Day Craftsmanship Guarantee time period elapses or the repair is not covered by the guarantee, you may send your kilt back to us and we will make the repairs, if possible. Please send us an email, with a photo of your kilt and the repair that needs to be made, beforehand, so we can estimate how much time and material will be required for the repair.
